Start of operation of SS «Havanskaya» in 2018 reduced the shortage of power capacities at Vasiljevsky Island. SS «Havanskaya» provided additional power to consumers, who have previously been supplied from an overloaded up to 80% SS № 13 «Volhov - Vasileostrovskaya».
