The Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter - Privacy Policy) is developed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006 (hereinafter - the Law).

The Privacy Policy defines the procedure for processing personal data and security measures for personal data implemented by the owner of this website.

The Privacy Policy applies to all information that the website www.uni-eng.ru, where this Privacy Policy is posted, may obtain about the User, as well as any programs and products hosted on it.

The website may contain links to other sites. The Site Administration is not responsible for the content, quality, and security policies of these sites. This privacy statement applies only to information posted directly on the site.

5. Obligations of the Parties

5.1. The User undertakes to:

5.1.1. Provide correct and truthful personal data information necessary for using the site.

5.1.2. Take measures to protect access to their confidential data stored on the site.

5.2. The Site Administration undertakes to:

5.2.1. Use the obtained information solely for the purposes specified in clause 3 of this Privacy Policy.

5.2.2. Not disclose the User's personal data, except as provided in clause 4.2 of this Privacy Policy.

5.2.3. Block personal data related to the respective User from the moment of request by the User, their legal representative, or authorized body for personal data subjects' rights protection during verification, if inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions are identified.

5.2.4. Withdrawal of consent to process the User's Personal Data and deletion of the User's Personal Data is possible upon their written request sent to e-mail.


6. Liability of the Parties

6.1. The Site Administration is liable for intentional disclosure of the User's Personal Data in accordance with current legislation.

6.2. In case of loss or disclosure of Personal Data, the Site Administration is not liable if this confidential information:

6.2.1. Became public domain before its loss or disclosure.

6.2.2. Was received from a third party before being obtained by the Site Administration.

6.2.3. Was obtained by third parties through unauthorized access to site files.

6.2.4. Was disclosed with the User's consent.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1. Before filing a lawsuit in court regarding disputes arising from the relationship between the Site User and the Site Administration, it is mandatory to submit a claim (written proposal for voluntary dispute settlement).

7.2. The recipient of the claim shall notify the claimant in writing of the results of the claim review within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.

7.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be referred to a judicial authority in accordance with current legislation.

7.4. Current legislation of the Russian Federation applies to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Site Administration.


8. Additional Terms

8.1. The Site Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User's consent.

8.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
