Groznenskaya TPP is under construction and located in Grozny City, Chechen Republic, Russian Federation.
The total capacity of Groznenskaya TPP is planned to consist of two combined cycle power plants that should reach 360 MW with the possibility of heat supply to consumers in the city of Grozny.
