The workshop «Operation and technical maintenance of PKUS teleprotection equipment» was provided by Unitel Engineering LLC in July 2021

The participants from Far East Branch of Federal Grid Company studied technical applications of teleprotection equipment.

The advantages and key features of the following equipment were demonstrated:

- PKU SR24 Control and monitoring panel with event recorder,
- PKUS SR24 Teleprotection Equipment with control and monitoring panel,
- PKUS SKO Teleprotection Equipment.

During the workshop the following practical skills were developed:

- Configuration of technical parameters of teleprotection equipment and panels,
- Measurement of teleprotection command parameters by Teleprotection Command Tester (UTK8),
- Operation and technical maintenance of PKUS Family teleprotection equipment installed at Power Substations.
