Unitel Engineering company participated in Hannover exhibition as co-exponent at the stand of the Moscow Government, Exhibition took place from 25th to 29th of April in Germany. Unitel Engineering was presented on the stand of the Moscow Government by the equipment of interface converters – PKUS SR24 Module EO2 – it is a backbone functional combining two independent two-channel converters of C37.94 and E1 optical interfaces into electrical E1 with a cross-switching function in one configuration.
The stand of the Moscow Government was opened with symbolic ribbon cutting at official ceremony by Kalamanov Georgy Vladimirovich – Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Natalia Alekseevna Sergunina – Deputy Mayor of Moscow on Economic Policy and Property-land Relations, and the representatives of Deutsche Messe AG.
After the official opening ceremony, Russian companies signed agreements with German partners accompanied by stormy applause and a standing ovation. Unitel Engineering Company and the German company Weidmueller signed a memorandum on the localization of Weidmueller industrial equipment production based on the capacities of Unitel Engineering LLC.
According to the partners’ agreements, at the first stage of cooperation, the localization of universal power connectors for circuits of current transformers and voltage transformers of the POCON series should begin in the capital.
The updated POCON units have a double safety margin and successfully passed the tests in accordance with the exact requirements of customers from Russia and CIS countries. The number of units installed at industrial facilities is measured in tens of thousands of pieces. To such, and even larger, volumes the company Weidmüller plans to reach out during the localization of production of this industry product in Russia.
The partners are planning to further extend and deeper cooperation in other perspective directions.
